Company Secretarial Assistant/ Company Secretarial Officer , Location : Wong Chuk Hang( near MTR) , Salary : 26-32K

Responsible for providing full spectrum of company secretarial duties including corporate registers and filing matters, administrative support to management and other ad-hoc duties.

Diploma or above in Company Secretary / Corporate Governance or related disciplines
At least 4 years relevant experience
Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of English and Chinese
Mature, detail-minded and able to work independently
Have Mfg/Trading/ CPA firm - have mfg exp/ Inhouse/ Sizeable background is preferred
Candidates have more exp also will be consider as company Secretarial Officer

Sr. HR Officer/HR Officer location: Wong Chuk Hang ( Near MTR) , 5 Days, Salary : 26-32K ( 5 days )

Responsible for full cycle of recruitment & employment activities from sourcing of candidates to exit formalities. Monitor & ensure the efficiency of recruitment process and channels. Manage & support other ad hoc projects or tasks as required.

Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
At least 4-10 years solid HR experience in sizable company
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Able to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time
Independent, meticulous and good interpersonal skills
Candidates have more exp also will be consider as company Secretarial Officer
