Assistant Property Officer (Shopping Mall)

Responsibilities

Ensure high level of customers' satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with tenants
Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided if required
Attend regular meetings and prepare management/financial reports
Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning teams
Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems arising from tenants
Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties

Requirements

Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in property management of sizable shopping arcade
Knowledge in Building Management Ordinance and DMC
Service oriented and self-motivated
Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
