Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Supporting, creating, and constantly enhancing reports and metrics to bolster business operations.
Curating and delivering crucial metrics and reports, along with relevant indicators using which business performance could be assessed.
Directly working in sync with business teams to utilize important metrics and analyze improvement opportunities.
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Must create different business and variance analysis alongside outlining problems, solutions, and business opportunities
Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Managing projects and monitoring performance.
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures as well as SOP’s.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Business Analyst Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
3+ years’ experience in a BI role, preferably with a technology company or any financial institution
3+ years’ experience in curating complex Excel VBA macros
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Extensive experience with data visualization
Advanced technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Visio, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
