Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job description

Responsibilities:

Perform tender estimation, analysis and support
Perform quantity surveying duties including measurement, variation valuation, claims preparation and administration

Requirements:

Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
2-10 years of relevant experience in main contractor and subcontractor side
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Quantity Surveying experience in civil projects such as structural steel work, earthwork and tunnel work is an advantage
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Immediate availability is preferred
