Role Purpose:

As a Sales Administrator, you will support the sales force with general operations to reach company's goal.

A typical day in the Role:

Assist in daily sales administration activities, e.g. process a high volume of product orders, account opening, AR report, daily sales report, consolidate stock forecast
Support sales ordering system implementation
Handle prices maintenance and prepare contract
Support the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives, eg: KPI tracking
Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Success will depend on:

Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year related experience, preferably in sales administration/ FMCG field
Detail-minded, strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
PC knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
Candidates working on a part-time basis will also be considered
