Senior Manager/ Manager – Promotion and Leasing

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Promotion & Leasing Department is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of leasing, promotional, and marketing initiatives to maximize venue utilization, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth. This role oversees a dynamic team, manages key stakeholder relationships, and ensures all activities align with the organization’s mission and commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will lead the team to deliver high-impact campaigns and leasing outcomes, while working closely with senior management to identify new business opportunities, strengthen tenant and partner engagement, and elevate the venue’s market presence.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

Formulate and implement long-term strategies for leasing, promotions, and marketing to support business growth and brand development.
Align departmental goals with organizational priorities and market trends.

2. Leasing & Revenue Management

Lead negotiations for high-value leasing agreements with tenants, event organizers, and sponsors.
Monitor leasing performance and identify opportunities to optimize space utilization and rental income.

3. Marketing & Brand Promotion

Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based promotions.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and promotional materials.

4. Team Leadership & Development

Supervise and mentor the Promotion & Leasing Manager, Leasing Officer, and marketing personnel.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on innovation and results.

5. Stakeholder & Community Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, partners, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
Support CSR and youth engagement initiatives through strategic communication and outreach.

6. Market Analysis & Reporting

Analyze market data and customer insights to inform decision-making and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, promotional outcomes, and marketing ROI.

Education Level:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (preferred).

Field of Study:

Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications, or a related discipline.

Area of Experience:

A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in promotion and leasing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in venue leasing, promotions, marketing, or the tourism/entertainment sector is highly desirable.

Other Professional Qualifications/Technical Skills/Knowledge Required:

Proven success in leasing strategy, revenue growth, and tenant retention.
Strong background in marketing campaign development and brand promotion.
Excellent negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills for performance optimization.

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English, Cantonese or Mandarin
