What You Will Be Doing

Organize and coordinate communication materials for marketing campaigns across various platforms, including App & Web, CRM, social media, live show and external marketing channels
Create content for marketing campaigns
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, aligning with the company's overall business goals
Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that shape effective marketing strategies
Regularly analyze website performance and data
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Take on additional ad hoc projects as necessary to support marketing initiatives

Who is Our Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing
Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Marketing Officer
Proficiency in Cantonese and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to create compelling content effectively
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to address operational issues efficiently
A team-oriented player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
