Responsibilities:
- Organize, guide, and facilitate age-appropriate exercises and activities that promote the physical, cognitive, and social development of children in K1 to K3.
- Align the high standards of professional practice and teaching quality with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Christian curriculum.
- Instruct students in both individual and group settings, establish rules of behavior, policies, and procedures, and ensure a structured and disciplined learning environment.
- Consistently safeguard the health and safety of children.
- Working Hours: 28 hours per week
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, with a post-graduate diploma in Early Childhood Education being an advantage.
- A valid Registered Teacher certificate from the Hong Kong Education Bureau is a must.
- Native English speaker with strong writing skills.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in an Early Years setting (newly qualified teachers will also be considered).
- Experience using the Early Years Foundation Stage for planning and assessment is essential.
- Teaching experience in Jolly Phonics is an advantage.
- Ability to deliver a Bible-based curriculum.
- The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Sexual Conviction Record Check.
