Responsibilities
The appointee is expected to:
- Provide administrative and promotional support for academic taught and research programs
- Assist in preparing promotional materials and publications, manage and update websites and social media platforms to enhance communication and promotion
- Lead content creation and dissemination, including writing articles and conducting social media campaigns to achieve high media exposure and engagement
- Plan and organize related events such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and information days
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Person in Charge of the Division of Industrial Data Science or his/her delegates
Requirements
- A recognized bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, event management, business administration or other related areas, along with relevant work experience; for the Senior Programme Officer rank, candidates should have at least four years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Chinese word processing
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Preference will be given to those with solid knowledge of the tertiary education sector in Hong Kong and the Mainland China
Salary and Benefits
