HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day logistics activities with different RDC teams in APAC to meet or exceed Brands’ service expectations in an efficient manner, Enhancing and elevating Richemont Operation Process and Level to “the best in class” in Luxury industry Operation and fully compliant with local regulation and customs rules.
Develop and implement logistics plans and strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, including designing and implementing efficient transportation networks in the region and optimizing warehousing operations process.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Logistics Operation and Business Analytics Function to support business development, collaborating closely with the RDC operation teams and Group Logistics team to monitor day to day operation performance and implement regional and local initiatives based on the global strategy. Organize and participate in the bi-weekly operation meetings with Regional Distribution Centers(RDC) teams and monthly meeting with central team.
- Analyse the operation KPI and performance levels across networks, boutiques, and RDC teams, and take ownership of the process optimization from Regional level. Collaborate with RDC team, Finance, Maisons, and the Group Log team to address operation performance, delivery leadtime and accuracy. Identify the potential issues for operation failure, cost budgeting and allocation and put actions. Organize and participate in the monthly direct and indirect cost allocation and cost planning process.
- Foster cooperation and communication with stakeholders from various departments, including Group Logistics, RDC Operations, Regional Excellence and Key Users and Regional Trade Compliance to align objectives for continuous improvement and drive supply chain excellence. Define the improved supply chain KPIs with new business requirement, set targets, and conduct performance reviews. Adopt and share best practices with other regions to promote standardization and process harmonization.
- Analyse, identify, and implement actions to optimize inventory levels for POSM and Packaging from product launch to end-of-life. Support the logistics team in reducing Inventory for POSM and packaging at all RDCs while maintaining the reactivity and service level.
- Identify and enhance sustainability aspects of overall supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with Richemont rules and guidelines.
- Support and coordinate all Procurement of Logistics Services in the region.
Team Management
- Set challenging and attainable objectives for team members that align with business needs.
- Provide coaching, share group vision and regional strategies for team members.
- Monitor team workload and performance using systems, data analysis and feedback. Make necessary adjustments to meet business requirements and priorites.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- University degree holder, preferably in supply chain or engineering-related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of work experience, ideally in luxury or fashion retail, with end-to-end supply chain management expertise. At least 5 years of experience in team management.
- Strong understanding, knowledge, and experience in supply chain operations within the luxury retail industry.
- Exceptional self-management, enthusiasm, and drive to excel.
- Analytical mindset with commercial acumen and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced and multicultural environments.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and moderation skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Power BI, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Access.
- Excellent proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
