Responsibilities:
- Assist in executions of AXA's overall social media and content strategies and align with key line-of-business owners, agency channels and stakeholders in regular basis to achieve the company's business needs.
- Support team on content creation and production, to deliver quality content through social media platforms, includes but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, XiaoHungShu, website pages and content, etc.
- Support on content creation and editorial support, including social media videos, feeds write-up, script or long-form content drafting, etc.
- Plan and execute social media initiatives and activations, internal influencers campaigns, giveaway activities, to enhances brand and product presence, drive fans acquisition and engagement.
- Assist in the building of brand's thought leadership through strategic content.
- Provide support in the global partnership with Liverpool Football Club to drive social engagement.
- Prepare post campaign report, social media listening or competitor analysis, and to support team on social media related administrative work.
- Help to manage social media communities, align with internal resources to handle users enquires to ensure the process comply with audit and compliance.
- Work with external media and creative agencies to ensure the quality in social media campaigns.
- Stay abreast of social media trends, policies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Communications and/or related discipline will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of marketing or content publishing with social media agency background; related to insurance, banking, finance, or health care industry is a plus
- Digital and social media Savvy with in-depth knowledge across social media platforms and with strong passion in social media content marketing, with mainland china social media experience (WeChat, XHS) is a plus
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing digital and social media landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong social media analytical skills and good business sense; be able to interpret data into insights and make informed decisions.
- A good team player, attention to details, result orientated and proactive
- Familiarity with digital advertising and paid social media campaign is a plus.
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks effectively on small-scale projects.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Photoshop, Adobe AI or Canvas is a plus
