Financial Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Oversee inbound and outbound email correspondence pertaining to boron mining operations.
Process reimbursement requests for routine local expenses (non-trade payable) in HongKong.
Oversee the organization and archiving of administrative and accounting documents.
Liaise with third parties to facilitate the annual renewal of commercial registration certificates
for each Hong Kong entity, and administer the transmission and forwarding of materials
pertaining to administrative, financial, and business documents.

Ti-koln Project

Review and verify expenses—including payroll, travel, office supplies, and procurement—
ensuring accurate recording and timely settlement.
Monitor revenue and cost metrics, issue sales invoices, and reconcile inventory transactions.
Submit tax returns in accordance with Hong Kong regulations and manage tax inspections and audits.
Lodge tax returns in compliance with Hong Kong regulations and oversee tax inspections and audits.
submit various reports to management and group headquarters on a regular monthly basis.
Collaborate in providing various external statistical reports and data, as well as supporting
special tasks such as external audits and assessments.
Maintain and archive all administrative/financial records.
Fulfill quantitative work requirements regularly and independently handle and resolve responsibilities within one’s scope, and complete other ad hoc assignments.

Requirement:

1.A bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; CPA

certification is preferred.

2 . Minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end accounting operations. Experience in R&D, medical devices, or import/export industries is highly advantageous.

3.Proficiency in Hong Kong corporate accounting standards is required, along with the ability to independently complete the company’s financial accounting work. Additionally, knowledge of various tax filing procedures and a proactive approach to staying updated on the latest tax preferential policies are essential.

4. Possess a strong sense of professional ethics and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure. Candidates must handle financial information with unwavering honesty, integrity, and objectivity.

5. Proficiency in independent judgment, a keen risk awareness, and strong numerical sensitivity are essential. Candidates should be adept at analyzing and organizing foundational data to deliver data-driven support for management decision-making.

6.Proficiency in financial software and office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential to

efficiently handle daily financial tasks. A strong awareness of information security is also required.
