Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator will be supporting our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, managing documentation, and providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
Manage confidential information with discretion while maintaining professionalism.
Conduct research and gather information to assist the sales team effectively.
Prepare and manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
Oversee administrative processes, including document processing in the OA system and payment approvals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with leading property developers.
Strong understanding of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and related regulations is preferred but not a must
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
Ability to work independently and under pressure, showing initiative and flexibility.
High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays if necessary.
