Responsibilities:
- Assisting daily operation for the service apartment
- Deliver outstanding customers experience through excellent customer service on inbound and outbound calls
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Pensions schemes/ processes/ procedures
- Investigate and take ownership of complex member queries
- Be an active team player and participate in team meetings to discuss, share ideas and celebrate achievement of team goals
- Work to achieve personal and team KPIs
- Support leaders and colleagues within the services apartment in delivering results
- Keep abreast of current industry related information and changes
- Actively contribute to continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- 4 years working experience in Hotel, Serviced Apartments or Luxury Residential
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
