Responsibilities:

Manage stores to provide guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Monitor and ensure stores operations smooth and efficient, E.g. Manpower plan, inventory plan and Visual Merchandising
-
Maintain excellent customer relationship through understanding the customers’ needs and handling customer’s complaints and queries
-
Plan, develop and execute CRM strategy for our VIPs to grow database and commercial goals;

Provide positive leadership through effective communications, motivational techniques, coaching, and training to meet business needs
-
Train and coach the team by providing appropriate feedback in order to increase sales performance
Requirement:
-
Diploma or above in any discipline
-
Fashion / Retail / Luxury background is an advantage
-
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in which 3 years at supervisory level of multi-stores
-
Multiple store management experience is a plus
-
Strong leadership and management skills
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
-
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Shop Manager
