Responsibility
- Oversee and performing quality check on material and product to ensure quality stability.
- Conduct internal hygiene and quality inspection
- Develop quality standard and specification
- Assist food safety and quality system development
- Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to quality problem
- Support regular QA report and data analysis to identify the trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Assist in staff training and system implementation
- Handle food safety and quality related complaint
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirement
- 2-3 years of QA experience in food related industry
- Higher diploma or above in Food Science or related disciplines
- Good communication skill and able to work independently
- Self-motivated, well-organized with good analytical skill
- With good problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese & other languages like Japanese or Korean will be advantage
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant QA Officer.
