Responsibilities:
- Support the Assistant Manager in formulating strategies to promote social and specialized care services for the elderly.
- Assist in planning and organizing workshops for the elderly and their caregivers.
- Liaise with the community volunteer network and manage an in-house pool of volunteers.
- Coordinate volunteers to conduct care calls and home visits for the elderly.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience, preferably in the field of elderly or volunteer service for NGOs.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good PC knowledge in Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Positive personality with self-initiated and can-do attitude.
- Well organized, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
