Job Responsibilities:
- Incumbent will be required to monitor and supervise the daily operation of the club house, and to play actively in organizing various recreational activities;
- To motivate and supervise the team to maintain smooth daily operations, including staff rostering, daily administration and facility management;
- To organize and implement innovative sports and recreation programs and activities for the residents.
Job Requirements:
- Holder of Degree / Diploma in Sports and Recreation Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years experience in club house with 2 years in a supervisory capacity;
- Sound supervisory skills with first aid certificate an advantage;
- Candidate with less experience can be considered for the post of Club Officer.
- Location: One Innovale, Fanling
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include:
