Requirements:

Diploma in accounting or above, preferably with AAT membership;
5 subjects at Grade E in HKCEE / Level 2 (pass) in HKDSE including English (Syllabus B), Chinese and Mathematics;
Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting field;
Good PC Skill in MS Office, ERP system & Chinese Word Processing;
Good command in English & Chinese;
Detailed mind and able to work under pressure and independently;
Proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
High integrity and responsible.

Job Duties:

Responsible for daily accounting operations including but not limited to, maintain up-to-date data in accounting system, prepare vouchers, issue cheques and filing;
Process and recording AR, AP expense reimbursement transactions and payroll entries;
Assist in preparation of financial statements, management reports, account schedules and analysis reports on a timely basis;
Assist in performing internal control task such as fixed assets and cash count etc.;
To work and follow up with various parties on reporting & payroll related reports;
To maintain proper filing records;
Other ad hoc tasks assigned
