Job Description:
1. Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to gain a deep understanding of product positioning, marketing strategies, and overall market demand. Lead the design of product presentation interfaces that align with brand tone and user experience, including product posters, website, and app displays, while ensuring visual quality and balancing functionality with aesthetics.
2. Actively participate in business requirement analysis, accurately grasping business objectives and user pain points. Propose innovative design ideas and solutions proactively, and drive the high-quality implementation of design solutions through effective communication and collaboration.
3. Systematically explore optimization opportunities in design processes and content based on sales data and user feedback. Identify potential design enhancements and opportunities, analyze their commercial value and feasibility, and translate them into actionable design optimization plans. Drive the implementation of these plans and track their effectiveness to ensure design optimizations contribute to business growth.
4. Stay updated on cutting-edge industry technologies and design trends, conducting in-depth research on competitor dynamics and design methodologies. Introduce innovative design concepts and systematic design tools based on business needs. Regularly share design trends, competitor analysis, and professional knowledge to enhance team design capabilities, promote design innovation, and improve execution efficiency, maintaining industry competitiveness.
5. Develop and manage the annual budget for the design department, ensuring the rationality and efficiency of fund allocation to support the smooth execution of departmental business. Optimize resource allocation strategies with external partners to ensure precise deployment and maximization of collaborative resources, driving continuous improvement in overall departmental operational efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields (Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Digital Media, etc.), with over 10 years of design experience, including at least 5 years in a team management role. Experience in cross-disciplinary project coordination and a keen understanding of design trends.
2. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and 3D software, with familiarity in design collaboration platforms like Miro.
3. Capable of independently driving project implementation with a results-oriented approach, possessing experience and case studies of successfully launched projects, and having experience with international brands or multinational team collaborations.
4. Strong holistic experience thinking ability, robust product and design awareness, understanding of basic product analysis methods, and deep insights into user needs and business demands. Skilled in innovation and breakthroughs.
5. Detail-oriented, proactive, with good stress resistance and multitasking abilities, ensuring orderly progress of projects within the plan. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, effectively driving the advancement of design projects.
Base Salary:
Monthly salary ranges from $25,000 to $35,000, depending on relevant work experience.
Work Location:
Futian Bonded Area, Shenzhen (must accept the work location).
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

4. 密切關注行業前沿技術與設計趨勢,深入研究競品動態與設計方法,結合業務需求引入創新設計理念與系統化設計工具。定期分享設計趨勢、競品分析及專業知識,提升團隊設計能力,推動設計創新與執行效率,保持行業競爭力。
5. 制定並管理設計部門的年度預算,確保資金分配的合理性與高效性,以支援部門各項業務的順利展開。優化與外部合作夥伴的資源配置策略,確保合作資源的精準投放與最大化利用,推動部門整體運營效率的持續提升。
任職要求:
1. 藝術設計類相關專業(視覺傳達、工業設計、數位媒體等)大學文憑或以上學歷 ,具備10年以上設計經驗,其中至少5年擔任團隊管理職位,具備跨領域專案統籌經驗,敏銳把握設計趨勢。
2. 精通Adobe Creative Suite、Figma、Sketch及3D軟體等設計工具,熟悉Miro等設計協作平台。
3. 能獨立承擔及推動專案落地,結果導向,具備成熟上線項目的經驗及案例,具有國際品牌或跨國團隊合作經驗。
4. 具備全域的體驗思維能力,有較強的產品和設計意識,懂得產品分析的基礎方法,對用戶的需求和商業訴求有深入的洞察,善於創新和突破。
5. 工作細緻主動、良好的抗壓性和多工並行處理能力,保證計畫內的項目有序進行,優秀的溝通和團隊協作能力,高效策動設計專案的推進。
基本薪金:
每月$25,000-$35,000,視乎相關工作經驗而定。
工作地點:
深圳福田保稅區(需接受上班地點)。
工作時間:
上午10:00至下午7:00,每天工作八小時,每週工作五日。
