電機技術員 (Mechanical Technician)
Major Responsibilities:
- Repair and monitor all plant mechanical equipment, ensure their safe/proper function in view of targets for reliability and safety
- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical devices
- Deliver preventive and predictive maintenance plans to complete tasks per schedule
- Work out maintenance records and reports timely
- Provide a technical support for production
- Manage plant Maintenance Repair and Operation (MRO) process and spare parts store in a cost-effective manner
- Setting up and implement maintenance management systems to support the safe and efficient maintenance of the production line
主要職責 :
- 負責厰内各類機械及機械系統維修及定期保養及提升機械及機械系統可靠性
- 其他職責包括緊急維修及備用零件管理
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills:
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferable
- Minimum 2 years ‘ experience in performing maintenance tasks in mechanical discipline in manufacturing environment
- Experience in mechanical technologies in chemical manufacturing/process industry. Experience in maintenance and reliability management methods. Experience with planning and prioritizing. Able to manage multiple objectives simultaneously
- Computer skills, Microsoft outlook, word, excel, maintenance related software
- Quick learner of computer based management system
- Fluent in English and Chinese, spoken and written
要求：
- 中學畢業包括中、英文合格
- 持有工業學院(IVE)機械工程文憑或高級文憑或相關同等學歷者優先
- 擁有2年相關廠房機械維修者優先考慮
