Responsibilities
· Report to the Sports & Recreation Manager; direct and oversee pool operation
· Conduct review and enhancement of operational procedures
· Ensure safety of our members and guests in the swimming pool area
· Maintain and execute the rules and regulations of the swimming pool
· Supervise operation of filtration system and health requirements of chlorination and PH acidity levels in Pool
· Supervise chemical usage in the Pool area
· Direct cleaning, upkeep of pool equipment and facilities
· Handle member enquiries and complaints
· Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
· Secondary education
· A minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience with 2 years at supervisory level preferably in hotel/clubhouse industry
· Possess valid Pool Lifeguard Award issued by Hong Kong Life Saving Society
· Possess valid First Aid / CPR / AED Certificates
· Good management, organizational, communications and interpersonal skills
· Enthusiastic and customer service oriented
· Able to communicate in spoken English and Cantonese
· Work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
· Holder of valid Driving License will be advantageous
