About the role:

The Housekeeping Assistant Manager is an essential part of our team in helping to ensure our high standards are consistently and discretely maintained. Skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions, you will be responsible for ensuring the impeccable appearance and cleanliness of our Club, together with our Senior Housekeeping Manager. This is a unique role in a global brand development journey offering you the opportunity to be an essential part of Carlyle & Co. in Hong Kong – and we’d love to have you on-board!

What you need to have:

An expert understanding of cleaning methods and operational equipment
Strong communication skills – this is a collaborative role so you must be confident in speaking with your fellow Associates!
A positive attitude, with an independent, proactive mindset and an innate ability to multitask

What you will do:

Directs and coaches the Housekeeping team in their daily duties, ensuring the needs of our members are attended to promptly and in line with the Club standards
Engages with suppliers for procurements related to chemical usage and other supplies used in the housekeeping operations
Assists in managing costs effectively while meeting financial goals and service expectations.
Contributes to monthly reforecasting and the preparation of the annual business plan for the Rooms division
Facilitates excellent services between Housekeeping associates and internal customers from other departments
Be comfortable working “behind the scenes” alongside a friendly and ambitious team who are passionate about delivering an exceptional Member experience
Less experience will be considered as Team Leader
