Job Responsibilities

1. Process daily accounting accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.

3. Prepare regular financial analysis reports, including expenses, current account etc.

4. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

5. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.

2. Basic knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax accounting.

3. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in financial institutions required.

4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

5. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin (Putonghua).

6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

7. A good team player, mature, independent, and able to work under pressure with a positive working attitude.
