About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Executive to join our team at TY PROPERTIES DEVELOPMENT in Tsim Sha Tsui District. As a Part Time Marketing colleague, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of our dynamic organization. What you'll be doing

Gathering and analyzing market research data to help inform marketing strategies
Assisting with the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and events
Coordinating the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including social media content,
brochures, and presentations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication
Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in marketing and communications role, within real estate industry
Strong organizational and with the ability to priorities and meet deadlines
A creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions
Manage of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
Proficiency in using marketing and design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canvas
