The Role

This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced product leader to take ownership of a high-profile consumer category across the APAC region, while contributing meaningfully to global product strategy.

Own the product portfolio strategy and roadmap for APAC, driving sustainable and profitable growth
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to identify product development and innovation opportunities
Manage NPD projects end-to-end, from initial concept through to commercialisation and launch within tight deadlines
Lead product lifecycle management including phase in/phase-out strategies, range rationalisation and stock optimisation
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams
Plan and execute new product launches across Australia, New Zealand and Asian markets in partnership with commercial teams
Develop pricing strategies and sales and marketing support materials to drive category performance
Support retailer engagement including buyer meetings and commercially relevant product communication

Your Background

You are a commercially minded product professional with a genuine passion for consumer goods and a proven track record of delivering results across complex, cross-functional environments.

Minimum 5 years' product management experience in a consumer product-driven industry
Demonstrated ability to develop product and brand strategy and lead execution through cross-functional teams, ideally across geographies, functions and time zones within a global organisation
Strong consumer empathy with a proven ability to translate customer needs into product vision and commercial outcomes
Experience working with or alongside retail buyers with a solid understanding of retailer dynamics
Familiarity with stage-gate or milestone-based NPD processes
Confidence engaging with senior international stakeholders, including contributing to global product strategy conversations
Comfortable with travel across the APAC region
