Job Duties:

Responsible for quality monitoring to ensure food quality and hygiene meet company standards, and to complete daily work by following instructions and recommendations.
Control food inventory, ensure the first-in-first-out (FIFO) principle is followed, and participate with other departments in tasks related to cleaning, waste reduction, and cost control.
Forecast the department’s raw material inventory for the coming week to prevent any waste, and maintain accurate records and documentation related to food safety.
負責品質監控，確保食品品質及衛生符合公司標準，遵循指示與建議完成日常工作。
控制食物存量，並確保先進先出原則，與其他部門參與有關清潔、浪費及成本控制的工作。
預測在下一週部門原材料存量，避免造成任何的浪費，保持與食品安全準確記錄與文件。

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in hospitality industry
Fair in spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Service-oriented, self-motivated and possess strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
五年或以上餐飲經驗
一般英文及中文說話能力，懂閱讀中英文
熟悉電腦操作
積極主動，帶領團隊完成工作

Place of Work and Working Hours 工作地點及時間:

Central (06:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.)

中環 (上午6時至下午4時)
