Report directly to the Regional CEO and deal with the Board directly
Lead a supervise a team size of over 30 people
Overseeing the organisation's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards
Providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and expansion
Managing financial risks and implementing effective internal controls
Leading and mentoring the accounting and finance team to achieve operational excellence
Collaborating with the executive team to develop and execute corporate strategies
Presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders and the board

Anforderungsprofil

A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA)
At least 20-25 years of working related experience in accounting and finance
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management practices
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels
Open to different nationality with Hong Kong PR or possess the right to work in Hong Kong
Strong command of English
