Are you a strategic, faith-driven leader called to use your professional gifts for systemic kingdom impact?

We are seeking to connect with dedicated professionals to join the founding Board of Directors for One Pivot Foundation Limited here in Hong Kong.

One Pivot is built upon Christian values of radical stewardship, justice, and love. Our mission is deeply rooted in supporting the Great Commission by bringing a data-driven approach to philanthropic resource realignment. We are building the infrastructure to optimize global donation allocation, ensuring that resources are directed efficiently and transparently to where they can achieve the highest measurable impact for the global body of Christ.

We have already completed our initial digital infrastructure sprint and have been formally incorporated. Now, we are looking for the right co-stewards to help us unlock the next critical operational phase — including securing our Section 88 tax-exempt status and finalizing our institutional banking frameworks.

Who We Are Looking For: We are scouting for 2-3 Founding Directors based in Hong Kong (or with deep ties to the region) who share these values and possess expertise in:

Legal & Compliance: Experience with NGO governance, statutory filings, or charitable trust law.
Finance & Banking: Professionals who can oversee financial stewardship, risk management, and institutional banking setups.
Growth & Partnerships: Well-connected leaders capable of engaging founding partners for our upcoming launch pledge.

The Commitment: In this foundational stage, we don't just need passive advisory oversight—we need active builders who view this governance as a ministry. You will work closely with me to finalize the legal setup, attend quarterly board meetings, and provide strategic kingdom stewardship as we scale.
