We are partnering with a leading global technology manufacturer to identify an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to support strategic customers in the electronics manufacturing sector.

🔹Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to deliver Security of Supply, Service & Quality, and Cost Savings (3S).

- Develop and execute global category strategies with preferred suppliers.

- Lead supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and supply chain consolidation initiatives.

- Drive supplier development, performance management, and risk mitigation.

- Implement Consignment, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), and Just-in-Time (JIT) programs.

- Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Engineering, and Global Category teams to ensure business continuity.

- Support procurement process improvements and ERP-driven sourcing initiatives.

- Approximately 50% regional/international business travel.

🔹We're Looking For

- 12+ years of strategic sourcing or supply chain management experience within multinational electronics manufacturing companies.

- PCB industry experience is highly preferred.

- Strong expertise in supplier relationship management, supplier development, and supplier risk management.

- Experience in total cost management, should-cost analysis, and commercial negotiations.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills in a matrix organization.

- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP and strong analytical capabilities.
