As our Product Sample & Stockroom Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our Design and Product Development team by managing rug samples from arrival through to approval. From maintaining an organised sample library to ensuring inventory accuracy and preparing products for review, your attention to detail will help keep our product development process running smoothly.

This is a full-time, office-based role located in our Hong Kong office.

About The Role

As the Product Sample & Stockroom Coordinator you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end sample process and supporting the day-to-day operations of our Hong Kong sample warehouse. You'll receive, inspect, photograph, catalogue, and organise incoming rug samples while maintaining accurate product information across our systems. Working closely with our Design, Product Development, Logistics, and Buying teams, you'll ensure every sample is presentation-ready, easy to locate, and accurately tracked throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, photograph, and catalogue incoming rug samples.
Maintain accurate product information, inventory records, and sample trackers.
Organise, label, steam, and prepare samples for product review meetings.
Document sample quality issues and communicate with suppliers regarding defects or outstanding samples.
Keep the Hong Kong sample library and warehouse organised, clean, and easy to navigate.
Manage inbound and outbound sample movements, returns, and inventory reconciliation.
Support logistics activities, including preparing waybills and coordinating rug pickups.
Assist with rejected sample sales and warehouse stock management.
Support photoshoots and other product-related projects as required.
Maintain a safe, tidy, and well-presented warehouse and showroom environment.

What will help you succeed

You'll Likely Bring

Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, administration, or sample coordination.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Confidence managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Comfortable using Google Workspace and learning new systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
An interest in interiors, homewares, fashion, or product development is highly regarded.
The ability to perform manual handling as part of warehouse and sample management activities.
