administration

Assist in perform HR functions including payroll, MPF, administration, compensation & benefits, record staff leave & attendance etc.
Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
Able to handle full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP, bank rec,. issue cheque etc.)
As a key member to contact with contractors, contract workers
Able to handle year end audit and tax filing (56B, 56M, profit tax)
General duties of Administrative, handling telephone calls, outdoor duties
Report duties to managers and support supervisors whenever necessary
Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments

Requirement:

Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, HR or other related disciplines would be preferred
Detailed-oriented, collaborative, independent, excellent communication skills
Relevant experience with Construction would be preferred
Proficient in MS office, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
With strong sense of responsibility
Initiative, self- motivated, well organized and be a good team player
Immediate available would be preferred
