Responsibilities:-

Responsible for the preparation of general logistics documents including trucking delivery and bill of lading release
Coordinate / communicate with internal / external parties on follow up shipment
Keep good inventory control
Work on alternate Saturdays and public/statutory holidays as required
Provide support outside normal working hours when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirement Details:

Form 5 / DSE or above, Certificate in logistics is an advantage
Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in Shipping line or Logistics field, feeder experience is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Good typing skill in Chinese & English is a must
Independent, proactive, strong in communication skills
Well-organized, positive and responsible
Immediate available is highly preferred
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior roles
