Job Duties:

Work as receptionist and shop keeper in the Art Shop.
Handle customer enquiries and provide information for visitors.
Maintain smooth daily operation of the shop.
Perform sales transaction and inventory management.
Assist with in-house events and activities if necessary.
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Holder of HKDSE or above with relevant working experience in customer service, previous experience in working as lobby receptionist, retail shop or cashier is a definite advantage.
Outgoing, tactful, and have a friendly and helpful personality.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and CWP.
Ability to work independently, flexibly and under pressure.
Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Need to work on weekends and public holidays, shift duty may be required.
Immediate availability is preferred.
