Major Duties:

Builds new business lines from scratch by formulating sales process and operation procedures
Orchestrates available resources to accomplish lead generation, effective pricing, deal closing and all other matters related to revenue creation
Identifies short and long term goals; refines, implements and most importantly, executes growth strategies
Cultivates and maintains business relationship internally and externally to realize alliance opportunities
Adopts entrepreneurial approach and utilizes sales skills to foster business development
Site visiting nursing homes with clients, working duties on weekends and performing outdoor site-visits are must
Helping clients to develop geriatric care plans and solving related problems
Promoting rehabilitation and home-based health care services

We are looking for:

Self-starter who has the ability to take the initiative and motivate collaborative parties
Strong passion and commitment to growth in both people and programs
Possess leadership potential and adaptability to changes
Good commercial acumen and problem solving skills
Excellent command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin
University graduate with not more than 3 years’ full-time working experience preferred
