Responsibilities:

Manage Account Receivables (AR), including bad debt recovery
Perform AR Ageing monitoring and reporting
Validate contracts and billing support documents
Assist in routine of Accounts Receivable operations
Assist ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Certificate holder in a Business related discipline; students from other fields are also welcome
Familiar with common office machines and equipment (e.g. printer and scanner)
Sound knowledge and experience in MS applications, particularly MS Excel
Good basic mathematics skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
A good team player with good communication skills
Responsible, proactive, detailed-oriented and well-organized
Working Schedule: 1 - 2 day(s) per week. 09:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.
