The Role

We are seeking a world-class Chief Technology Officer to architect and execute the company’s next-generation global infrastructure. This is not a traditional internet CTO role; we need a builder who thrives on the complexity of financial systems.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in high-concurrency trading systems, distributed ledgers, clearing & settlement, and AI-native architecture. You will be the technical visionary responsible for the resilience, scalability, and security of our global platform, playing a pivotal role in defining the company's long-term technological roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Architecture: Lead the design and development of a global financial "operating system," encompassing unified account structures, wallet infrastructure, risk engines, payment gateways, and open APIs.
Performance Engineering: Architect high-availability, low-latency, and high-concurrency distributed systems capable of processing millions of transactions globally.
AI Transformation: Drive the adoption of an AI-first architecture, integrating automation and machine learning to enhance trading intelligence, operational efficiency, and user personalization.
Engineering Excellence: Establish world-class engineering standards, implement robust DevOps practices, and champion a security-first culture across the organization.
Talent & Culture: Build, mentor, and lead a global, multi-regional engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 12+ years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership (VP, SVP, or CTO) within a high-growth tech or fintech environment.
Technical Mastery: Proven track record of building and scaling high-concurrency financial systems. Deep technical understanding of:
Distributed Systems & Microservices
Clearing, Settlement, and Reconciliation
Digital Wallet Infrastructure & Financial Ledgers
API Trading Systems & Market Connectivity
Innovation: Demonstrated experience implementing AI infrastructure, automation systems, or building AI-native platforms.
Leadership: Exceptional organizational management skills with experience scaling engineering teams across multiple geographies.

Top-Tier Crypto Exchanges: Binance, Bybit, OKX
Global Fintech Leaders: Stripe, Revolut, Ant Group
