Responsibilities:

Oversee the end‑to‑end leasing process, from handling initial lease enquiries to lease execution and ongoing tenancy administration for residential and shops
Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants and address all leasing‑related matters in a timely and professional manner
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and agents
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all leasing transactions, agreements, and correspondence
Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental revenue
Prepare regular leasing reports and conduct market research
Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related disciplines is an advantage
Minimum 1 year’ relevant experience in leasing is an advantage
Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with strong customer focus and good communication and interpersonal skills
Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and analytical, with good market sense
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing; experience with leasing systems such as YARDI is an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediate availability is preferred
