About the role

We are seeking a Reservation Executive to join our Wholesale & Leisure Department at Destination Asia. As a Reservation Executive, you will play a key role in processing travel bookings and inquiries to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in our North Point office in the Eastern District.

What you'll be doing

Process travel booking requests and reservations efficiently and accurately
Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about travel options and packages
Coordinate with suppliers, such as hotels and airlines, to secure the best rates and availability
Assist with the preparation of itineraries, travel documents and other related materials
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the booking process
Liaise with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on booking activities

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar reservation or customer service role within the travel industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Proficient in using reservation systems and computer applications
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
Knowledge of travel products, destinations and industry regulations is preferred
