HKDSE or Diploma graduate
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in clerical or administrative support would be an advantage

Secondary education (HKCEE or HKDSE) or above
1-2 years' relevant experience in document scanning, imaging, and records management
Experience in clerical or administrative support would be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (including Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Good communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills
