Responsibilities:

Responsible for underwriting process and business development with Company Underwriting Guideline precisely and timely
Assist the Section Head of Underwriting, Reinsurance and Business Development Section to achieve assigned Key Performance Indicator (“KPI”)
Collaborate with Director and /or Head of General Insurance to reach the overall business goal and KPI
Manage and monitor the code of conduct of insurance intermediaries with the support of various divisions of the Bank and internal control of the Company
Provide monitoring, supervision and inspection to the daily operation of Underwriting, Reinsurance .and Business Development Section
Assist the Section Head to review Underwriting Policy periodically

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in General Insurance preferably in Bancassurance, with at least 3 years in supervisory role
Professional qualification in General Insurance such as ACII, ANZIFF will be an advantage
Sound knowledge of General Insurance products and good understanding of market trend in General Insurance industry
Self-motivated, sales driven, customer centric minded and able to work under pressure
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
