Role Description

Provide administrative and operational support to project teams to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities across multiple stakeholders.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed according to project plans.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project-related communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Track project progress and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and procurement activities as required.
Maintain accurate project records, databases, and document management systems.
Assist in identifying project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate information sharing and project alignment.
Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and project deliverables.
Ensure compliance with project governance processes, organizational policies, and documentation standards.
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide general administrative support related to project execution and coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Economics, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Basic understanding of project management principles and project lifecycle processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience with project management tools and collaboration platforms is an advantage.
High level of professionalism, accountability, and reliability.
Willingness to learn and develop project management and coordination skills.
