What You’ll Do

Develop a systematic understanding of the company’s full wealth management product platform, including the core allocation logic across asset classes, and clearly explain product features, risk-return profiles, and suitable use cases.
Identify clients’ wealth goals, risk appetite, and family succession needs through in-depth communication, and provide structured client analysis and service recommendations.
Assist in designing asset allocation solutions and product portfolios based on client needs, and use AI tools to create clear and professional visualized proposals.
Participate in client visits, needs clarification, and proposal presentations under mentor guidance, gradually growing from a supporting role into an independently client-facing advisory role.
Support and maintain existing family wealth clients, build client profiles, and complete regular client service reviews and follow-up actions.

Who We’re Looking For

Graduates from the Class of 2026 or 2027; Bachelor’s and Master’s candidates are welcome to apply.
Preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
Strong logical thinking, structured problem-solving ability, and fast learning capability.
Hands-on experience using AI tools, with the ability to apply them to improve research, communication, or work efficiency.
Fluent in English, with the potential to serve international Chinese family clients; Cantonese or other foreign languages are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and a strong willingness to develop long-term in client service and wealth management.
