職責 :

處理及協助人力資源工作, 包括但不限於薪資結算與整理出勤紀錄、計算員工假期及強積金、更新人事系統紀錄、員工培訓、處理有關員工保險福利, 準備僱傭合約及製訂報表等事宜

Responsibilities:

Support full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to:

Assist in the monthly payroll process, including data entry, verifying attendance records, MPF administration and compiling relevant reports
Provide administration support including MPF, taxation, leave management, performance management, employee compensation, medical and insurance etc
Prepare reports and analysis for management review
Assist in reviewing or formulating HR strategies, policies and procedures
Monitor and maintain personnel database and file records
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and new initiatives as assigned

資歷 :

專上教育-學士學位; 相關文憑/證書 ;
2年或以上相關經驗; 良好粵語優先;良好英語優先; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂MS Word; 懂MS Excel; 懂中文打字; 懂人力資源相關法例，如僱傭條例，薪酬管理等人力資源工作
熟悉ALPHA系統及有飲食業相關經驗優先;

待遇 :

每月$15,000-20,000 (視乎經驗而定) , 公司供午膳, 年終獎金, 有薪年假, 教育及培訓津貼, 銀行假期, 良好發展及晉升機會

星期一至五: 上午9時半至下午6時, 每月一個星期六半天工作
