QC Inspector

Location: Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector to join the team. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming electronic components, verifying compliance with customer and quality requirements, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the inspection process.

The ideal candidate has experience with electronic components, strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where quality and accuracy are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Verify incoming parts against purchase orders and customer requirements.
Receive and stock incoming products.
Inspect products according to datasheets and quality standards.
Enter product information accurately into the receiving system.
Identify, document, and process non-conforming products in accordance with quality procedures.
Label approved products for packaging and shipment based on customer specifications.
Pull inventory for shipping as required.
Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate records.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Support quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of inspection experience, preferably within the electronics or electronic components industry.
Experience working with computer hardware or electronic components.
Good understanding of keyboards, processors, and related computer components.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to follow health, safety, and quality procedures consistently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and adapting to changing priorities.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high quality standards.

主要職責

根據採購訂單及客戶要求核對來貨零件。
接收及上架來貨產品。
按照產品規格書（Datasheet）及品質標準進行檢驗。
準確輸入產品資料至收貨系統。
按照品質管理程序識別、記錄及處理不合格產品。
根據客戶要求為合格產品進行標籤及包裝安排。
按出貨需求提取庫存產品。
填寫檢驗報告及維持準確記錄。
調查及處理產品差異或異常情況。
協助執行品質保證及持續改善相關工作。

職位要求

具最少兩年產品檢驗經驗，曾於電子或電子零件行業工作者優先考慮。
具電腦硬件或電子零件相關工作經驗。
熟悉鍵盤、處理器（CPU）及其他電腦零件。
熟悉 Microsoft Word 及 Excel 操作。
具良好英語書寫及溝通能力。
能嚴格遵守公司健康、安全及品質管理程序。
具良好組織能力及高度注重細節。
能獨立工作，同時具備團隊合作精神。
能適應快節奏工作環境及靈活處理工作優次。
工作態度可靠、守時，並重視工作質素。
