Resident Clerk-of-Works

駐地盤工程監督

Applicants are invited for the following post Resident Clerk of Work would also be appointed as Technically Competent Person (TCP) to supervise works under Authorized Person and/or registered Structural Engineer stream as necessary. The minimum qualifications required for the following posts shall be as follows

- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic/ Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute/ Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or
- Higher Certificate or higher diploma in Civil/ Structural/ Geotechnical Engineering and 5 Years relevant Experience; or

- Degree in Civil/Structural / Geotechnical engineering and 2 years relevant experence

- Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese 4, Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)/Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
- Passed the final Part 1 Examination of the Institute of Clerk of Works of Great Britain, or Associate Examinations of Chartered Institute of Building.

Works Supervisor

As a Works Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects. This is a contract position that offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative and dynamic company committed to delivering high-quality projects.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Works Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
Proficient in using construction management software and tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders
Commitment to ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
Certificate in Building or Building Studies from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College or equivalent.
